BackOffice release (February 17)

New support for VAT reduction on food

Sweden is reducing VAT on food starting April 1, 2026. To prepare for this, we've added support for a separate account number for takeaway in the accounting module, so the new VAT rate on takeaway orders is handled correctly.

Updated integrations: Fortnox, Visma Spiris and BjörnLunden.

We've also updated the default product groups for Sweden to include takeaway VAT support.

Restructured device management

The cash register page under Devices has been split into two separate pages:

  • Cash registers - manage your cash registers
  • Payment terminals - manage your payment terminals

Other changes

  • You can now configure the footer on your online ordering website. Add contact details, opening hours, or other information your customers need.
  • The transactions list now includes a receipt number column.
  • Added full Danish and Norwegian translations for the backoffice.
  • Minor visual changes may appear throughout the backoffice due to an upgrade of the underlying UI framework.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where storage print reports used stale data. Data is now refreshed before generating the report when using the print buttons on the storage accordion.
