Release 2.0.19 (June 12)

Login: Fixed an issue that caused the the cash register screen to loose focus at login on some devices with multiple screens.
Order Display Enhancements: You'll now see clearer error messages if a payment is declined when using connected payment apps.
Kithcen Ticket Printing: Fixed a problem where the kitchen ticket sometimes didn't print if the order label was sent after payment.
Printers & Hardware:
- Better support for certain printer and cash drawer setups, especially with mC-Print3 printers and Landi devices.
- Fixed an issue where the cash drawer opened unexpectedly when using Swish Företag.
Tipping Updates:
- Tipping options are now shown on the correct screen (the customer's screen).
- You can now accept individual tips on Landi C20Pro devices.
- Fixed an issue where tips couldn't be cancelled on Verifone card readers.
Customer Display Improvements:
- We've refreshed the look of customer-facing screens wih new colors and themes.
- On mobile devices, accidental swipes no longer increase article quantitites in the order.
