New Features

• Z-report link on transaction receipt info with deep-link support.
• Change default transaction report date to current day instead of current month.
• Paginate transaction report fetching with progress indicator.
• Add new cash register permissions: View Article Report, View Tax Journal, and View Campaign Discount Report.
• Show open table orders on the Dashboard.

Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed map marker icons in transaction details.
• Fixed takeaway price default when enabling takeaway from article list.
• Fixed takeaway price adjustment being silently dropped when only "Change takeaway" was checked in adjust price pane.
