Release 2.0.57 (August 20)

Combination articles:
- Combination articles where included articles are not optional are added straight to the cart (no confirmation dialog is shown)
- Ordering the same combination article again adds to the group already in the order

For Norwegian companies, cash and open payments always produce a receipt — No receipt is no longer available for those payment methods
The cash register information dialog now shows the register's own number instead of the serial number of the device it runs on, so it's easier to tell your registers apart
