Campaigns in OPEN One

There are several ways to set up campaigns in OPEN One.

• Central campaigns: Managed by the customer's headquarter centrally and apply to all connected stores.
• Local campaigns: Set up by each individual store.

Example: “Small Coffee & Cinnamon Bun.”

Discount management in POS

Once you’ve set up your campaigns and discount rules in BackOffice, applying them in the POS is effortless. Simply add the products to the cart, and any eligible discount will be applied automatically.

Discounts are clearly highlighted in red, so they’re easy to spot. You’ll also see the name of the discount rule next to each item, helping you quickly understand which promotion is in effect.
