Other Settings for Kitchen Tickets

Go to BackOffice → Settings → Kitchen ticket to adjust technical settings, such as:

  • Enable servings (default: on)
  • Squash articles on kitchen tickets
  • Use sub-bill groups
  • Print criss-cross tickets
  • Show article combination name
  • Use wait/forward (default: on)

Manage Kitchen Printers

Go to BackOffice → Company Structure → Devices to view your installed printers.

This is usually set up during onboarding and rarely needs to be changed.
