How Kitchen Tickets work in Open ONE

Kitchen tickets are printouts that help the kitchen manage orders – for example, by showing which dishes to prepare and in what order. This guide gives you an overview of how they work and where to configure them.

Why Kitchen Tickets?

  • Efficient communication between serving staff and the kitchen
  • Automatically sorted printout based on serving order (e.g., Drinks → Starter → Main Course → Dessert)
