Change payment method

Changing the payment method in the OPEN One means updating the payment type for a transaction —for example, switching from cash to card payment. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this:

1. Locate the relevant transaction: Click on Orders in the tab menu and find the transaction in the list. Click and check the checkbox to select it.

2. To access the payment options: In the bottom right corner, select Switch payments. This will start a return and bring the purchase back into the register.

   

   Then complete the payment using the new method as you would with a regular sale.
