How to log in

The methods of logging in are with passcode, a button, or a magnetic card (MSR).

Via passcode:

• Simply enter your passcode and press Sign In. If it’s the first time the cash register is being logged into during the day, a window will appear where you need to count and enter the cash float.

Overview of Open One

When logging into Open One your view consists of these functions and views:

1. Hamburger menu: This menu contains all extra functionality for CR (Cash Register), like some simple reports, register change and expenses, stock functions etc.

2. Tab menu: These are the different tabs you can choose in your cash register, depending on what functionality you use in your CR. Current tab you can see in this view is Articles.

3. Sales groups: User defined menu groups, where you can group the articles in your CR in two levels.

4. Main view: What you choose in the tab menu will show here, Articles, Orders, Tables etc.

5. Payment methods Buttons for selecting payment method to finalize the current order.

6. Cart view: Here you can see the table or bill you are currently working on. You can also add a customer to the table or bill, send production tickets to the kitchen or bar, and there is a numeric keypad that you can use to enter number of articles or amount for payment.

7. Cart menu (kebab menu): This menu contains extra functionality directly connected to the articles in your cart, like group editing of articles, adding discounts, or moving articles between tables.
