Standard payments
With OPEN Two you can offer various payment metods depenging on your needs and setup, all from cash & card to mobile payments such as Swish, as well as invoicing, vouchers and your own customized open payment methods.
Let's go throuh the steps of a standard payment.
- Add items to the cart and select a payment method.
- Depending on selected payment method, what follows will differ:
- For card payments, you will see a blue information box in the cart with transaction information received from the payment terminal.
- For payments via cash or open payment methods, a dialog will be shown where you confirm that you have received the payment.

- As soon as the payment has been confirmed, a receipt dialog will be shown in the cart.
- Ask the customer how they would like to recieve their receipt to complete the purchase.
Faster checkout
For a faster checkout flow, you can set up a receipt countdown timer in BackOffice, enabling the 'No receipt' option to be automatically selected after a certain time.
