Payment flows: Singlepay and Multipay

Singlepay and Multipay are different checkout themes used depending on what suits your business best. Singlepay is optimal for cafés and restaurants where only one payment is processed at a time. Multipay is ideal for busy bars and retail stores that allow multiple simultaneous transactions.

These themes can be enabled or disabled in the checkout settings.

Go to the Hamburger Menu and click on Settings.

In settings, click on General in the menu to the left. On the right side, different settings options will appear. Click on Payment Flow.

After clicking on Payment Flow, a pop-up will appear. It shows two themes you can choose from: Singlepay or Multipay.

Click Singlepay to enable the Singlepay theme. Click Multipay to enable the Multipay theme. Once the theme is selected, click OK to close the pop-up.
