Payment flows: Singlepay and Multipay

Singlepay and Multipay are different 'payment user flows' used depending on what suits your business best.

• Singlepay is optimal for cafés and restaurants where only one payment is processed at a time.

• Multipay is ideal for busy bars and retail stores that need to handle multiple transactions at the same time.

You can switch between the payment flows in the cash register settings from your POS.

1. Go to the hamburger menu and select Settings.
2. In settings, go to General in the left menu.
3. Here, different settings options will appear. Scroll down and select Payment flow.
4. A pop-up will appear showing the payment flow options: Singlepay and Multipay.
5. To enable a payment flow, select it in the list, the click OK.
