Courses or flexible servings – optimize your workflow

Set up the workflow in your POS to be

  • Predefined (standard) courses — for fixed menus (Starters, Main, Dessert)
  • Flexible servings — for mixed orders
  • Or something in between! (Keep parts of your menu as fixed courses, other items can be flexible)
  • Drinks are something else — a refillable serving that is always prioritized when firing... Could also work for bread. This serving can be 're-used' when the guests want more to drink and fired multiple times — no correction needed.
