Activate Open Two Android ​

This guide helps you activate OPEN Two on a Android tablet or phone.

You will need

  • A Gmail-account
  • Android tablet/smartphone with internet connection

Before you begin

Download the OPEN Two app from Google Play.

  1. Open the OPEN Two app and press LET’S GET STARTED.
  1. Accept the terms and conditions.
  1. A code will now appear on the screen, valid for 10 minutes. Press Activate and you will be redirected to a login page in your browser.

If you don’t have a browser on your device, you can use another device and go to https://backoffice.op3n.dev/activate to enter the activation code manually.

  1. Sign in using your BackOffice account.
  1. In the next view:
  • Enter any name for the cash register
  • Enter which cost center you want the cash register to belong to (this only applies if you have added one or more cost centres in BackOffice, otherwise you will not see this option)
  • Check your company details, so that OPEN can send a registration of cash register and control unit to the Tax Agency
  • Press CONFIRM
  1. Press RETURN TO APP, and you'll automatically be sent back to the app.
  1. In the OPEN Two app, log in with your PIN for the cash register.

TIP

If you’ve forgotten your code, you can always set a new one from BackOffice. Just press the user icon in the top right corner, then select Change cash register PIN.
